Soft and Fluffy on the inside- Crunchy and perfect on the outside! This is the easiest and best waffle batter recipe. I love a good crunchy waffle with either sweet or savory items on top of them, they are more versatile than pancakes.
If you want them more browned, cook them with the scale on the waffle maker that you desire. FREEZER NOTE: Freeze completely cooled waffles in ziplock bags. Reheat from frozen in the toaster or microwave. If you want them less sweet use 1 tablespoon of sugar, instead.
